Judge Bradley Karren of Bentonville, AR; bullying loser

The state of Arkansas presented Bradley Lewis Karren with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law. 

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Judge Karren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in inappropriate behavior
• Engaged in an incident involving a dispute with Davy Carter, for speaker of the Arkansas House over parking
• The parking incident took place behind Judge Karren’s courtroom in downtown Bentonville
• Carter, his wife and son were dining at The Hive restaurant on the night of the parking incident
• When Davey Carter left the restaurant, he found an angry Judge Karren berating his wife and son
• Davey intervened and cursed at Judge Karren
• A video of the incident shows that Judge Karren was armed with a gun on his hip and throwing his cane to the grand as he faced Carter
• Failed to act in a manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Brett dispenses his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Circuit Court judge in Bentonville, Arkansas.
