Judge Christina Peterson of Douglasville, GA; moronic scofflaw   

The state of Georgia provided Christina Janae Peterson with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission found Christy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly violated the Code of Judicial Conduct by failing to establish, maintain, and enforce high standards of conduct
• Failed to comply with and respect the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to perform her judicial and administrative duties competently (dimwit)
• Failed to cooperate with other judges and court officials in the administration of court business  
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Allowed at least seven (7) citizens to enter the courthouse without security screenings, in violation of courthouse security protocol
• Engaged in willful misconduct in office
• Habitually engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly distribute settlement funds to each of her former clients
• Failed to respond to reasonable client requests for information regarding settlement details
• Failed to act in a manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform her judicial duties without bias or prejudice
• Failed to cooperate with other judges and court officials in the administration of court business
• Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others with whom she dealt with in her official capacity,
• Failed and refused to provide copies and viewing of public records as requested by Investigator Alford and Deputy Director Veal (Screw you, said Christina!)
• Failed to require her staff to observe the standards of fidelity and diligence that apply to her and to act in a manner consistent with her obligations under the Code of Judicial Conduct

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Christy by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Christy continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as the Probate Court Judge for Douglas County in Douglasville, Georgia.
