Former Judge T.J. Hudson of Soperton, GA; ethical dwarf

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission found T.J. guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was the Treutlen County Chief Magistrate Judge and Probate Judge.

• Improperly required an individual to appear in court
• Improperly held a contempt hearing
• Improperly required an individual to serve jail time

Rather than wait for a ruling from the Georgia Supreme Court that would likely have resulted in him being removed from the bench, T.J. did what any coward would do he resigned.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), it is rumored that T.J. has an application pending for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 3109 East 1^st Street in Vidalia, Georgia.
