Attorney Bonnie Youn of Atlanta, GA; convicted criminal

The state of Georgia presented Bonnie Monique Youn with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Bonnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty in federal court for having counseled, commanded, and induced a client, who was not a Georgia resident, to possess a Georgia driver’s license
• Sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $5,245.00
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Bonnie practices her so-called brand of law with The RMN Agency Inc at 1430 West Peachtree Street NW in Atlanta, Georgia.
