The State of Iowa presented Eric D. Tindal with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

 

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

 

Eric’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Recipient of two (2) default notices from the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office
  • Failed to apply for further review of appellate court rulings
  • Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

 

Eric’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Recipient of sixteen (16) default notices from the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Eric’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Recipient of thirteen (13) default notices from the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to adequately communicate with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Eric practices his so-called brand of law with Nidey Erdahl Tindal & Fisher PLC in Williamsburg, Iowa.
