Attorney James Eufinger of Columbia, MO; dimwitted loser

The state of Alabama presented James Joseph Eufinger with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law. Jimmy also received a law license to practice in Arkansas in 2013, Arizona and New Mexico in 2015, and Missouri in 2007.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Untruthful in statements he made to others
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Jimmy repeatedly sent dunning notices in attempt to collect on a debt that was already paid and adjudicated by a court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.   

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with Faber & Brand LLC in Columbia, Missouri.
