Judge John Hanley of Indianapolis, IN; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana provided presented John Francis Hanley with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Commission of Judicial Qualifications found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Johnny continues to mete out his so-called idea of jurisprudence (while sober only) as a Marion County Superior Court judge in Indianapolis, Indiana.
