Judge Sarah Del Carmen of Colleyville, TX; dimwitted loser

The State of Texas provided Sarah Jane Del Carmen with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

The Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Sarah guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was a Travis County Judge in Austin, Texas.

  • Failed to comply with the law
  • Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (dimwit)
  • Failed to perform her judicial duties without bias or prejudice
  • Failed to afford every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s lawyer, the right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)
  • Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Sarah practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Municipal Court Judge for Colleyville and Keller, Tarrant County, Texas.
