Judge Lindsay Dalby of United Kingdom; scofflaw

The Senior President of Tribunals, on behalf of the Lord Chief Justice and with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement found Lindsay guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a judicial officer
• Breached coronavirus restrictions
• Violation of coronavirus restrictions took place while Lindsay was dining in a restaurant

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice, both apologists for Attorney Misfits, punished Lindsay by gifting her with a so-called formal advice.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Lindsay practices her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace of the Coventry and Warwickshire Bench in the United Kingdom.
