New Jersey Chief Justice Stuart Rabner; cheerleader for convicted

The state of New Jersey presented Stuart Rabner with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

Former Gov. Jon Corzine was duped into nominating Sammy as Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2007. Sammy wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney or judge in New Jersey. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

FYI: Stu has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-seven (37) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in New Jersey was about to offer him a good paying job.

In one matter, Stu was asked to reinstate the law license of attorney Samuel D. Jackson, a convicted pervert who was convicted of taking upskirt photos of a woman at Grand Central Station in New York and 55 instances of doing the same thing at the Belmont Racetrack in Elmont, New York.

Unbelievably, Chief Justice Rabner ruled to reinstate Sammy the Pervs law license on February 9, 2021.

Unfortunately, it is apparent that Stu believes that Sammy has a constitutional right in New Jersey to earn a dishonest living practicing law even though he is a convicted pervert.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Stu continues to practice his so-called brand of jurisprudence as the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
