Attorney Erika Roman of Van Nuys, CA; moronic liar

The state of California presented Erika Lynn Roman with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Erika guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improper withdrawal from client representation
• Intentionally, recklessly, or repeatedly failed to perfmon with competence (moron)
• Failed to maintain client confidentiality
• Failed to inform her client she was withdrawing from employment
• Failed to take reasonable steps to avoid reasonably foreseeable prejudice to her client
• Failed to keep client informed of significant developments in her matter
• Encouraged and induced her client, Erika Luna, to lie under oath for respondent’s benefit in her pending divorce proceeding (aka, subornation of perjury)
• Committed an act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, or corruption in willful Violation of Business and Professions Code
• Failed to render appropriate accounting of client funds
• Failed to respond to client inquiries

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Erica by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.  

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Erica was never criminally prosecuted with subornation of perjury.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Erica practices her so-called brand of law in Van Nuys, California.
