Attorney Justin Alderman of St. Paul, MN; slacker, loser

The state of Minnesota presented Justin Michael Alderman with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Justin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Made false statements to Director of ethics commission (Up yours, said Dick!)
  • Failed to promptly provide client with letter from opposing counsel
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Altered opposing counsel letter to conceal his neglect
  • Made multiple false statements to his client
  • Made false statement to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $900.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Justin practices his so-called brand of law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
