Attorney Edward Cook of Suwanee, GA; ethical misfit

The state of Georgia presented Edward C. Cook with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta.

FYI: John Marshall is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Georgia State Bar found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in repeated and serious violations of his obligation to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Eddie fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.cookpclaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Eddie practices his so-called brand of law with Cook PC at 970 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Suwanee, Georgia.
