Judge Clifton Price II of Leeds, AL; potty mouth loser

The state of Alabama provided Clifton L. Price II with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama Court of the Judiciary found Cliff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a sitting Reeds Muncipal Court in Reeds, Alabama.

• Inappropriate conduct compromised dignity and decorum of the court
• Misconduct brought his judicial office into disrepute
• Cliff’s demeanor was inappropriate
• Degraded public’s confidence in the impartiality and integrity of the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety in all his activities
• While presiding over traffic case, Cliff lost his temper, yelling profanities, making threats and called the defendant disparaging names

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary censure and ordered he receive no paycheck for three months.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Cliff practices his so-called brand of law with Kracke & Price at 8107 Parkway Drive in Leeds, Alabama.
