Solicitor Harinee Thurairajah of New South Wales; deceitful loser

The Law Society presented Harinee Thurairajah with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Harinee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Obstructed or misled an Investigator exercising a power under the Legal Profession Act 2004 without reasonable excuse (Up yours, said Harinee!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Harinee by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $5,000.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Harinee practices his brand of law with Thurai Rajah Lawyers at 70 County Drive in Cherrybrook, New South Wales.
