Attorney Jess Lorona of Phoenix, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Jess A. Lorona with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Jess’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, he previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Arizona State Bar found Jess guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Misconduct motivated by selfishness
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Violated his duty owed to the legal profession
• Negligently failed to provide his client with accurate or complete information
• Despite inherent knowledge of conflict of interest, Jess failed to disclose said facts to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.  

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Jess practices his so-called brand of law with Lorona Mead PLC at 3838 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
