Judge Daniel Gaul of Cleveland, Oh; ethical leprechaun, repeater

The state of Ohio presented Daniel Gaul with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Danny’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct. Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Danny guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the independence, integrity, and impartiality of the
• Judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to uphold and apply the law
• Failed to perform all duties of judicial office fairly and impartially
• Failed to disqualify himself in a matter when his impartiality might be reasonably questioned
• Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with
• whom he dealt with in his official capacity
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• In performance of his judicial duties, Danny by his words or conduct manifested bias or prejudice against a party and/or that party’s counsel
• Abused the prestige of his judicial office to advance his personal or economic interests

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Danny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court judge in Cleveland, Ohio.
