Attorney Stuart Moore of Cullman, AL; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Samuel Mark Hill with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Stu guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly paid person expenses direct from Moore’s trust account
• Failed to maintain a general ledger and records of deposit for his trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Stu practices his so-called brand of law at 409 2^nd Avenue SW in Cullman, Alabama.
