Attorney Rick Adams of Mesa, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Rick Adams with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law. Ricky also received a license to practice law in Utah in 2010.

The Arizona State Bar found Ricky guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

  • Entered into a prohibited agreement for ownership of a law firm with non-lawyers
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in misconduct for the sole purpose of financial gain
  • Knowingly engaged in conduct that is a violation of a duty owed as a professional
  • Misconduct caused injury or potential injury to a client, the public, or the legal system

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ricky by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed State Bar costs of $1,298.40.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Ricky practices his so-called brand of law with the Allstate Law Center PC at 1845 South Dobson Road in Mesa, Arizona.
