Attorney Mark Madigan of Springfield, VA; dimwitted slacker

The state of Virginia presented Mark Joseph Madigan with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act fairly in dealings with opposing party and counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with Madigan & Scott at 7880 Backlick Road in Springfield, Virginia.
