Attorney Donald Rosendorf of McClean, VA; moronic slacker

The state of Virginia presented Donald Frank Rosendorf with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from George Washington University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to provide his client with written contingent fee agreement
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Donnie practices his so-called brand of law at 7721 Tremayne Place in McLean, Virginia.
