Attorney John Eddy of Uniontown, PA; thieving loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented John William Eddy with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) funds of eight separate clients
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver to his client or third person property they were entitled to receive
• Failed to render full accounting of client funds
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon being terminated
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective June 4, 2022.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Johnny will resume his so-called brand of law at 80 East Main Street in Uniontown, Pennsylvania in late April 2023.
