Attorney Kenneth Schwartz of Blue Point, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Kenneth B. Schwartz with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

The 1st Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Committed serious professional misconduct
  • Negligent in supervision of office staff
  • Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer
  • Engaged in impermissible conflicts of interest by representing more than one client in real estate transactions where the representation involved differing interests and failed to obtain informed consent, confirmed in writing
  • Failed to make accurate entries of transactions involving his escrow accounts in a ledger or other record contemporaneously with the transactions to be recorded
  • Misappropriated [stole] funds entrusted to him as a fiduciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law at 22 Bergen Lane in Blue Point, New York.
