Attorney Angela Beeker of Hendersonville, NC; ethical troll

The state of North Carolina presented Angela S. Beeker with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Angie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly disburse entrusted funds
• Did not diligently complete disbursements and the related client representations
• Failed to send annual accountings to clients
• Failed to ensure funds were properly maintained in trust
• Failed to conduct required monthly and quarterly reconciliations of three trust accounts

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Angie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Angie.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Angie practices her so-called brand of law at 68 Leyland Circle in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
