Attorney Rae Randolph of Pagosa Springs, CO; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Rae Lyn Randolph with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Agim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Failed to maintain an appropriate record-keeping system identifying each trust client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits in Colorado sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Rae by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Rae fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.rlrandolphlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Agim practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Rae L. Randolph LLC at 543 Park Avenue in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
