Attorney Nema Sayadian of Bethesda, MD; lying slacker

The state of Maryland presented Nema Sayadian with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from American University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Nema guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by the scope of the representation
• Failed to represent his client diligently (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Knowingly made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nema!)
• Failed to properly inform a client with diminished capacity that her claim may be barred by the
• statute of limitations
• Failed to file suit on behalf of his client after the expiration of the statute of limitations and failed to serve the defendants

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Nema by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Nema practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Nema Sayadian at 4800 Hampden Lane in Bethesda, Maryland.
