Attorney Michelle Polly-Murphy of Columbus, OH; dimwitted loser

The State of Ohio provided Michelle Lynn Polly-Murphy with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

The Columbus Bar Association found Michelle guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to report to her law firm client engagements and a client payment
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Did not report to her firm her engagement with Advanced Health Brands (AHB), which made transdermal patches, and Nutriband, Inc., which acquired AHB, companies Michelle held ownership stakes in
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to follow notice and consent protocols when accepting shares in the pair of client companies that she held ownership stakes in
• Acted with a selfish or dishonest motive
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Entered into a prohibited business transaction with a client
• Failed to advise client in writing of the desirability of obtaining independent legal counsel and the terms of the transaction are fair, reasonable, and fully disclosed in a writing signed by the client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Michelle.

And lastly, as one would suspect, the Kaman & Cusimano firm fails to disclose the misconduct of Michelle as set forth above. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information form prospective clients for the sole purpose of not limiting its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2022, Michelle practices her so-called brand of law with Kaman & Cusimano LLC at 8101 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
