Attorney Jessica Mager of Columbus, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Jessica Anne Mager with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Ohio Disciplinary Counsel found Jessica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual activity with a client seeking a divorce
• Exchanged sexually explicit text message with the client
• Engaged in sexual intercourse with the client
• On October 19, 2019, Jessica had the client over to her home where they had dinner, drank wine, and engaged in sexual intercourse
• On the morning of October 20, 2019, Jessica left home to run in a marathon, and texted the client “Thanks for making my night wonderful”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jessica by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

And lastly, as one would suspect the Taft Stettinius & Hollister law firm fails to disclose Jessica’s serious misconduct on its self-serving website at www.taftlaw.com/about/offices/columbus.com. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from its prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting its future victim pool.
