Judge John R. Duyssen of Leroy, NY; convicted criminal

The State of New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Criminally charged with harassment
• Criminally charged with endangering the welfare of a child
• Invoked his judicial office at the time of arrest to a New York State Police Investigator
• Failed for about three months to comply with a court order to surrender all his firearms (Up yours, said Johnny!)

Knowing that he would likely be tossed off the bench, Johnny did was most cowards do and resigned from his judicial position with the promise that he would never again seek to dupe the voters into electing him to another judgeship.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), it is rumored that Johnny has applied for a job as a greeter and bouncer at the Playmates Strip Club located at 7458 Byron Holley Road in South Byron, New York.
