Attorney Marianne Sharp of Columbus, OH; cheating slacker

The state of Ohio presented Marianne Kathleen Sharp with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

Ohio Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client matters
• Failed to adequately communicate with her clients
• Made false or misleading representations to her clients
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to timely return client files after being terminated
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marianne by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Marianne practices her so-called brand of law with the Sharp Law firm LLC at 1335 Dublin Road in Columbus, Ohio.
