The Law Society presented Anthony Phillip Quinlivan with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with condition 1 of his local practicing certificate over 2-year period of time
  • Failed to meet payment obligations to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) when due
  • Failed to comply with condition 2 of his conditional practicing certificate over 2-year period of time
  • Failed to set aside and deposit sufficient monies for the purpose of making adequate provision for payment of his ATO debt
  • Failed to comply with conditions 6 and 7 of his local practicing certificate for a period of one year
  • Failed to arrange for his financial expert to provide him to him a report on his financial affairs
  • Failed to comply with conditions 10 and 11 of his local practicing certificate for one year
  • Failed to provide an annual report in respect of Dr Fisher’s treatment of him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2021), Tony practices his so-called brand of law with CMC Lawyers Pty. Limited at 31 Market Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
