The state of Virginia presented Michael Craig Olson with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Penn State University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Involved in prohibited transactions with one or more clients
• Engaged in improper conduct involving attorney fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Mikey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.michaelcolsolaw.com. Apparently, Mikey chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law with Michael C. Olson PLC at 34 West Queens Way in Hampton, Virginia.
