Solicitor Jaskaran (Jack) Singh of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society presented Jaskaran (Jack) Singh with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Jackie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Breached Migration Act 1958
• Carried out legal work without employer's knowledge and/or consent
• Made false and/or misleading statutory declarations
• Attempted to mislead

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $2,000.00.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Jackie practices his brand of law with Jack Singh Solicitor & Associates at 115 Main Street in Blacktown, New South Wales.
