Attorney Jocelyn De Leon of Philippines; disgusting pervert   

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Jocelyn De Leon with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Committee on Bar Discipline found Jocelyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged with sexual harassment
• Rubbed the complainant’s right leg with his hand; tried to insert his finger into her firmly closed hand; grabbed her hand and forcibly placed it on his crotch area
• Pressed his finger against her private part
• Misconduct was aggravated by the fact that as a Public Attorney mandated to provide free legal service to indigent litigants, he disregarded his oath as a public officer to serve others and to be accountable at all times, because he thereby took advantage of her vulnerability as a client then in desperate need of his legal assistance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Jocelyn by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license, disqualified him from acting as a notary public for two years, and issued a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.
