Attorney Britney Maddux of Newport News, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Britney Hope Maddux with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.  

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Britney guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Britney!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Britney by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Britney practices her so-called brand of law at 259 Lou-Mac Court in Newport New, Virginia.
