The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Ravi Kasi Ramanwith a license in 2010 after he graduated from

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Ravi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• The panel determined that the following allegations were established:
• North York, Ontario
• Failed be on guard against being duped by a then-licensee named Tolulope Adewumi, or persons associated with Adewumi, in respect of mortgage transactions
• Worked with Adewumi, suspended attorney, without Law Society approval
• Failed to properly serve various borrower clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board punished Ravi by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $15,000 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Ravi practices his so-called brand of law in North York, Ontario, Canada.
