The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Withdrew trust funds without delivering an accounting
• Failed to act with integrity
• Failed to deliver an account for services rendered before paying himself from funds held in trust
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Pete!)
• Knowingly dishonest in dealing with ethics investigators to avoid punishment for his misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board punished Ravi by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $12,000 in investigative costs.
