Attorney Andrew Sanders of Ontario, CAN; cheating loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Andrew John Sanders with a license in 2010 after he graduated from the Osgoode School of Law.

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct while acting as estate trustee and solicitor for an estate
  • Misappropriated $12,000 in estate funds using same for personal use (cheater)
  • Deposited $12,000 check issued to estate account into his firms general bank account
  • Failed to act with integrity
  • Misled court in his application to pass accounts to conceal his misappropriation of $12,000 in estate funds
  • Paid himself excessive trustee compensation
  • Was paid trustee compensation before he was entitled to it
  • Improperly billed trustee services as legal fees
  • Failed to complete administration of the estate within three years as stipulated in client’s will

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Andy by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Andy practices his so-called brand of law at 14 Southwick Street in Thomas, Ontario, Canada.
