Attorney Kenneth Dunham of Ontario, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Kenneth Robert Dunham with a license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law. 

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kenny!)
• Failed to produce all of the information and documents requested by the Law Society’s investigator (Up yours, said Kenny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kenny and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.centrepointelaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law with Chiarelli Cramer Witteveen LLP at 92 Centrepointe Drivein Nepean, Ontario, Canada.
