Attorney Richard Odeleye of Ontario, CAN; pervert, cheater

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Richard Odeleye with a license in 2004 after he graduated from the University Ibadan School of Law in Nigeria.

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Three of Dick’s clients complained to the Society that he had sexually harassed them
• All three had made applications for refugee status to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)
• Sexually harassed clients
• Made unwelcome sexual advances to and engaged in verbal and physical contact of a sexual nature to a client on three occasions
• Failed to carry on the practice of law so as to maintain the integrity of the profession
• Billed Legal Aid Ontario for services not rendered to a client and requested that the client pay fees in addition to those permitted by the legal aid certificate (cheater)
• Advised client to include false statements in her submissions to the IRB about her sexual orientation
• Sexually harassed another client through unwelcome sexual advances, and engaged in verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature on at least two occasions.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dick by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Dick fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.richlawfirm.ca.

Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
