Attorney Helen McCullough of Ontario, CAN; thieving loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Helen Mary McCullough with a license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Helen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Over 22 months, Helen misappropriated [stole] $116,902.61, more or less, from funds held on behalf of clients in her firm’s mixed trust account
  • Failed to maintain the proper books and records of her law practice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dick by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Canada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, it appears as though Helen was not criminally charged with grand theft.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Helen practices her so-called brand of law at 430 The Queensway South in Keswick, Ontario, Canada.
