Attorney Christopher Sherk of Ontario, CAN; cheating loser 

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Christopher Boyce Sherk with a license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.   

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Participated in or knowingly assisted in dishonest or fraudulent conduct by his purchaser client, or associated persons, to obtain the title
• to and equity in properties under false pretences
• Failed to be on guard against being duped by unscrupulous clients or associated persons in connection with real estate transactions
• Failed to adequately service his lender clients
• Acted against client interests in a related matter without obtaining the client’s prior informed written consent

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Chris by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Chris practices his so-called brand of law at 1200-25 Main Street West in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
