Attorney Mark Trenholme of Ontario, CAN; drug abusing drunk  

The Law Society of Upper Canada provided Mark Stansfield Trenholme with a license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa School of Law.    

The Upper Canada Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Delayed in issuing a client’s application
• Failed to take meaningful steps to advance the client’s claims
• Failed to preserve the client’s beneficial interest in property
• Failed to keep the client apprised of the status of her matter
• Failed to respond to the client’s communications in a conscientious, diligent and timely manner

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mark by the enablers for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Law Society Disciplinary Board.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 1370 Hurontario Street in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
