Attorney Lisa Wells of Independence, KY; convicted druggie

The state of Ohio presented Lisa Marie Wells with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Northern Kentucky University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Lisa guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Indicted on four counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, fifth-degree felonies
• Indicted on one count of Operating Vehicle under the Influence, first-degree misdemeanor
• Pled guilty to four felony counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs
• Pled guilty to Operating Vehicle under the Influence
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Lisa by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Lisa practices her so-called brand of law with The Deters Firm as a paralegal at 5247 Madison Pike in Independence, Kentucky.
