Attorney Phillip Comorski of Detroit, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented Phillip D. Comorski with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #61 found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Neglected a matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to seek the lawful objectives of the client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit his client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Knowingly mad false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Phil!)
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $778.96 and ordered to pay $8,100.00 in restitution to one or more clients.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Adam practices his so-called brand of law at 1300 Broadway Street in Detroit, Michigan.
