Attorney Ralph Wilson Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC; domestic violence convict

 

The state of South Carolina unfortunately presented Ralph James Wilson Jr. with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

 

Ralphie was recently (ca. February 2021) charged with engaging in the following criminal conduct.

  • First degree domestic violence
  • Attacked a woman inside his home on Sunday, January 24, 2021
  • Hit the woman in the back of the head and the face several times
  • Placed a pillow over her nose and mouth to cut offer her airflow
  • Took the woman’s cell phone away from her and threw it in the back yard so she couldn’t call for help
  • The assault of the woman took place in front of Ralphie’s children

It should be noted that Ralphie could spend up to ten (10) years in prison if convicted of first-degree domestic violence, which is a felony in South Carolina.

 

 faces up to a decade behind bars if found guilty of first-degree domestic violence, which is a felony in South Carolina.

 

As a direct consequence if he criminal complaint filed against him, the South Carolina Supreme Court entered an an order for the interim suspension of Ralphie’s law license.
