Attorney Daniel Uhlfelder of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Daniel W. Uhlfelder with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

A panel of the 1st District Court of Appeal on Friday asked the Florida State Bar to investigate Danny for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed appeal seeking to force Gov. DeSantis to close state beaches during pandemic
• Panel stated there was no good-faith basis for the appeal
• Danny used appeal court merely as a stage from which to act out his version of political theater

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
