Attorney Frank Blainey of Palm Harbor, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Frank T. Blainey with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Frankie!)
  • Testimony at disciplinary hearing deemed inconsistent, contradictory and not credible
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Convicted of misdemeanor battery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,763.97.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Frankie practices his brand of law with Blaney Law at 455 Alternate 19 South in Palm Harbor, Florida.
