Attorney Byron Cooper of Palo Alto, CA; convicted criminal
The state of California presented Byron Cooper with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.
The California State Bar Court found Byron guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
Byron was sentenced to 3-years’ probation, ordered to perform 100 hours of volunteer work, participate in anger management, and get psychiatric counseling as directed by the probation department.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Byron by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
And lastly, as one would suspect, Byron and fails to mention the criminal convictions and misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.TekLaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.
As we speak (ca. June 2021), Byron practices his brand of law with TekLaw at 380 Hamilton Avenue in Palo Alto, California.
