Attorney William Connor of Philadelphia; serial scofflaw

The state of Pennsylvania provided William M. Connor with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Failed to comply with mandatory continuing legal education requirements
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Knowingly made false or misleading communication about his legal services
  • Failed to advise his clients that his law license had been suspended and that he could not represent them in their legal matters
  • Failed to advise opposing counsel and the courts of his license suspension

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Billy practices his so-called brand of law at 2929 Arch Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
